I just rolled my buddy's GS300 fenders and we're basically running a 350Z setup in the rear:
9.5" +20 = 10" +26 in regards to front spacing. Talking, rolling 10mm. OR You can run camber and a minor stretch.
I believe you would have to do minor massaging of the rears to make these work on most of the Lexus vehicles.
I'm new here that's why i wanted to do this local until I have cred here.
I have a few friends on the board who would vouch for me. I'd really rather do a local sale so that i don't have to worry anyone.
Paypal verified if that helps at all.
Shipping to Florida is probably about a $140.00 for these wheels. Also have to add 3% to the total for PP fees too.

These are 1 Piece with a Stainless Steel Lip attached to the Alloy rim lip, just like Ray's Gram Light 57Pros have done. They set a new trend. Thereby creating a truly multipiece look out of a one piece wheel.
FYI, here's the breakdown on tire diameters and recommended 20" sizes for various Lexus.
A 285/30/20 is imho, significantly taller than stock. Should be 285/25/20. This will definitely pronounce the rubbing issues.
OLDER GENS:
LS/GS: 245/30/20 and 285/25/20
IS300 won't work, IS250/350: 225/30/20 and 255/30/20
The sizes above are max width fitments based on research i've done. These sizes will most likely require some minor fender mods.

FYI, I had my friend roll by with his GS400 today so I could snap wheels of the fitment i did.
Rolled his fenders pretty FLAT, NO PULL......
19x9.5 +49 SUPER SUNK, I GAVE HIM ****. Convinced him to rock 25mm spacers and then i began my rolling magic.
Here's how his fitment turned out: NETTING 19x9.5 +24 offset with 275/30
BEFORE:
AFTER:
SPACER SEEN HERE:
MORAL TO THE STORY A 10" +35 IS STILL 5mm MORE SUNK then this. So if you rock a 285/25/20 and do the roll it will fit PERFECT WITHOUT SPACERS.
hope that helps....

Yes you will in the rear.
FYI, I can get you tires mounted on here if that helps out.
$750.00 Falken FK452 225/30/20 and 255/30/20
Shipping from here to FL might run pretty expensive. Edge racing in FL has great prices on tires too.

I would just get the rims, so are these 1 or 2 piece? the reason why I need to know cause I will probably paint them black. How much will it cost to roll the fenders and how much will they need to be rolled?

These are not Cast Iron. i don't think wheels are made cast iron anymore, btw. You can find CAST STEEL Wheels, like OEM hubcap style rims.
These are CAST ALLOY.
ONE PIECE
You can get them masked and painted.
If I were to roll fenders on an IS350, SC3/400, LS, or GS. Just the rear fenders take me about 2.5 to 3 hours to do with patience. Sadly I can't push through these fenders as quick as 350Z's because of the screw holes.
Figure about $200.00 to $250.00 just for the rear fenders. 2 separate sittings.
WHEELS WEIGH in the HIGH 20LBS Range. Shipping weight with box was 34lbs each.
