how much does getting fenders pulled /shaved / and rolled usually ballpark for costs? i reaaaaaly want these rimsss

Well depends on the body shop...but I think you can get them done for no more than 200 bucks if not cheaper...

but then again they won't be able to tell how much rolling you need till you have the wheels mounted on your car.

pmed ya.... had some questions? ect. would they fit on GS 2nd gen. or would it have 2 be heavy mods 2 do?

Yes they will bolt up to your 2nd gen GS.
It will require stretch tire and rolled fender to work..but other than that your good to go...
