For 2nd GS, I'd say from 35 to 40mm offset on 9" front(with 255 tires)/10" rear(with 285 tires) will fit perfect, no mods needed.

Can you snap some pics of the backside of the rims? Being a 2 piece and not the color I'm interested in, I'd like to see the bolts to remove the center section from the barrel.
