They are still available, however I am not sure if they will fit on on 02 LS. I mean, I know they will fit given the bolt pattern, but with the offset and the fact that (I'm pretty sure) the LS has larger brakes than the IS you may have to shave the front calipers a little bit. Either that or just get a larger spacer.
