Default New VIP-GT fender flares for Lexus LS430

Hey guys, been looking to do some mods to my LS. I don't know about you guys, but i have fallen in love with this new VIP-GT style that is starting to pick up some wind. These are some of the first VIP-GT fenders i have came across. What do you guys think of em?

Pictures are too large to attach, please view the link.

Let me know what you guys think.

Levi.

Not too fond of the look.....Rocket Bunny'ish....Liberty Walk looking.....a little too busy.

Maybe if you molded it in and smoothed out the akward curves/lines.

i've seen some nice ones on some cars like 350/370 Z, the toyota 86, even some IS's, but not on the LS. it makes a classy car look very cheap.

yeah i don't know. Wild fenders seem to be picking up a lot of momentum, some cars pull it off nicely, as you mentioned. But some cars just don't... i kinda like this look for the LS still, but i can certainly see why some don't like this.

question; so you have to cur away your original fenders to make this work yeah? at that point you are putting your car into a very small category of people who would ever be interested in buying it after that.

i wish a company would sell reasonable priced pre determined width extra wide fenders for the various vip cars out there, that way you could keep the factory ones for resale and just slap on some 30mm + fenders, etc...

I completely agree with you. Not that id ever ever ever want to sell my LS, but say i was considering doing this so a newer one, it would sure be nice to go back to stock once you install fenders like this. The fronts would be easy, its the rears that i don't think would be feasible to do.

Not terrible looking, but soujah is right...this look is basically Owner specific. And levie we know you're not getting rid of your LS...that LS is beautiful, and the color on it-really nice!
