Default Good price range for Neck Pads

I am in the market for some neck pads that will match my ls, I have noticed and a few different styles, what is a good price range for certain brands, and what is the price range of spending too much?

cheap JP ones can be had for like $25 a piece new. good japanese vip name brand ones will run upwards of $100-150 a piece. i picked up two of the new D.A.D monograms for a great deal at the osaka auto show D.A.D booth for like $135 a pair and normally they are like $200 a pair+ depending on where you get them at.

Jp is the most common and the most affordable, still very nice, its what i use in my LS and i absolutely adore them

the companies like DAD and k-break are the companies that are getting very expensive IMO.

the only way to get neck pads really cheap is to just make your own.

yeah i have these in black and will never go back to jp products after seeing and feeling the difference.

its literally like comparing a bottle of jack daniels to some macallan single malt aged whiskey...

DAD ones look high quality. Does anyone know a reputable website to order these in black to match our leather interior? I've seen too many sites with fake junction produce, dad and garson stuff. Who is,best for authentic stuff?

The belezza pads are nice too.

Luxury abstract is another option but they are pricey and very very slow with orders. I've been waiting months for a set of pillars and ordering the neck pads next if they turn out beyond expectations.

check out the VSC site vendor sales section, there was a vendor selling legit DAD stuff a few months back.

I had some JP's in my BMW and I hated them. Didn't stay in the car that long. Extremly hard and uncomfortable.

If I knew someone with DAD neckpads, I would like to know the difference. Anyone in the NYC area?

i'm guessing there have got to be a couple liberty guys with them at least. have you tried asking on VSC (vip style forums) or on the liberty page?

the main difference that is visible is that they are about half the thickness. they claim to have memory foam but i'm not so sure it is the same high quality memory foam found in those expensive beds. the material feels like a higher quality knock off leather unless it is actual leather. the design and side bling are esthetically pleasing.

honestly they are just more comfortable and just prettier is all. kinda like comparing two woman's handbags a low end one and a higher mid grade more expensive one.
