What's the best/most commen Lexus model Is, Gs, Sc Etc etc
Okay so my title my not be as clear. Im looking to get a lexus four door and make it flush and vip style and wondering what is the best/most commen model used. Im leaning towards the 06+ Is250 white with black interior on some vossen vvscv2 wheels. my question is what is the widest wheel we can fit in front/rear fender wells. I was thinking a 20x9 in front but what offset? and 20x10 in rear and what offset? I want the car to be lower'd on coils and to be covering 25%-50% of the tire. also btw I wouldn't mind alittle fender roll but not crazy to fit some 11.5" wide wheels lol im not that crazy on my setup yet. Another reason im mainly leaning towards the Is250 is bc I like the gfx lip kit and I see they make a custom rep of the IS-F Rear bumper and other body parts and I love the exhuast on a IS-F.
Thanks any info is welcome bad/good even if it off topic alittle.

generally speaking, the LS and GS are the only true VIP platforms under lexus. anything else is considered VIP-styled. also the rims you want are not considered VIP.
i am no expert or anything, but the point of VIP is to take a large luxury japanese rwd sedan and drop it low (resulting in negative camber) to the ground as possible with fat lipped rims. all the knick-knack VIP items look tacky to me if the stance isnt there.
EXE-style is might work better for you. just my $0.02

I try not to go towards the whole VIP trend. I mean I have a trailer hitch and plan on hauling things.. what VIP car does that.. =P I dont like the whole shades and bottle and cup holders. If it was a strictly show car or weekend only car sure why not.
But as for a Daily driver or couple days out of the week I love it low.. 18s are too small in my opinion. from a distance it looks too small but being slammed makes up for it. If i didnt plan on hauling things I would have gone with 20's with 35 profile tires.. I'm on a pretty thick tire on the rear for plans to haul a trailer and boat in the future. My rear is higher than the front but it looks okay from looking at the front angles of the car.. rear angle it just looks slightly lowered which it is.. but when the trailer hooks up im sure it will go down some. which is why i have it higher. dont want to be dragging *** while hauling..
Vip styled vs VIP vs functional with fashion?
