You probably just have to rig it up w/ some sort of hooks, maybe throw in some double sided tape if you want to adhere the hooks to your windshield. Take a trip to your local Home Depot and look for some hardware.

Mos def this is home made... You can even see some cut off parts of the rope on the top side pic... Maybe you can get some shower hooks to mount them on your glass...
