Default a few questions for those who have VIP cars...

I realize that you're cars are only lowered when they are sitting (unless I am wrong and they are always that low), I am curious about VIP and what's behind it, also some of the suspension, or airbag systems you use, and how the ride is: especially if it always rides that low,(I am a student so I don't know if VIP is truely in my budget at the moment) but I would like to get some ideas on what it has cost you and how if affects the ride (smoother, stiffer, rougher, not recommended for a daily driver?, etc.) I very much enjoy the OEM ride and almost all of my car is OEM (minus the air suspension and trac control unfortunately). Maybe I should search some more but i haven't really found details, just how information about what is done...anyways any information or help with figuring out if VIP is for me or not...I live in a place where the roads are not very flat, dips and bumps are quite common and i will be going off to college soon as well (yes I hear that VIP can be very costly so this may put off my project until later years) anyways thanks for any responses!

No I'm not asking what VIP is...lol...just want to get some opinions from people who drive VIP cars

my Q45 is lowered on tein s-techs and kyb struts. def not as low as my fellow vip friends but im in college as well and that set up was right in my budget. smooth ride, comfortable height plus u get some looks from the ladies. well the exhaust and 19's always help too.

I drive low, for just coilovers, like 2" from the ground i think, i haven't measured it yet though. I want to go lower, but i'm hitting stuff in my fenderwell that i need bang up before i can go lower.

you're lucky, you're in tokyo, try driving like that here in the midwest with potholes.

the ride is semi firm to frim and with my bilstein sports struts. it feels like stiff coilovers when i fill up enough air (but car sits higher ) . still playing with the ride height to see how i can make it lower (process of making CNC custom brackets for the bilsteins). if your looking for a performance set of bags... i think UAS is the way to go. (but i dont have experience with other companies)

i am getting happier and happier with the UAS kit i have.
