i'm not sure of the spring rates or damping levels, but the coilovers aren't damper adjustable. JIC SF-1's. they actually ride incredibly smooth! my mom doesnt like low cars because of how they usually ride, but i drove her around for a day in san diego and she didn't even notice! she thought i still had the stock airbags and raised it up to drive hahaha. so it does ride incredibly smooth. not quite as smooth as stock, but very smooth!
yeah before i had the factory air with the datasystems air ride controller. i got rid of it because i like rolling as low as possible, and the stock air is extremely bouncy when they're deflated all the way.. I don't think lexus ever intended the stock air to be driven on while deflated, so they didn't put effort into making the air smooth when deflated =]
