SSR MS1 leak?

I have a SSR MS1 19x10 wheel that seems to leak air. I'm wondering if the tiny bolts around the face could cause the leaks? I'm not sure how the air from inside can get to those tiny bolts though.

Any take on this? The rims are at the repair centre right now. Dont want them to charge for things that doesnt cause the leak.

My worst enemy has been the valve stem. Have them dunk it in a bin of water to see where the air is leaking from if they havent done so already
