I got the best price at Gripston, but I noticed that neither their website or phone # are currently functional. Not a good sign

45,000 +miles and 2 years later, it is finally time I retired my Hankooks.

My overall thought is that I these tires are well worth their value. I was running 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. The tires remained pretty quiet but at the tail end they started to pick up a little noise. They handled well in the rain and the tread ware on them was pretty even. I am running front rca blocks and stock rears with a slight negative camber. My passenger rear tire started to show threads through the rubber first which prompted my tire change. I neglected to rotate from left to right and I'll be sure to do that this time to prolong the tire's life.

I ended up swapping out all 4 tires and liked them so much, I bought them again. The new tires are more grippy and smooth. It is a big difference from the old two year worn down tires which didn't feel as smooth but I guess that is to be expected.

I have heard good things about these tires and may consider them myself.

I've had these twice on my IS300... They worked great, first set lasted about 38k- with occasional hard canyon-style driving.

Anyone running these coming from a Bridgestone RE760? My wife's 2IS will need tires soon and I am thinking about these or those Bridgestones. I looked at tirerack reviews and they seem very comparable in nearly all aspects...

Now that I have long term experience I can say I will never buy them again.
They are quiet but they feel jittery, like the wheels need to be balance.
You drive the car every day you may not know but since I drive both cars I can tell right away the Evo's feel cheap. They were cheap but the popularity caused a price hike. The higher price didn't improve the quality though.
They are ok tires but not worth what they cost now.
At their old price, yes.

Default V12 Evo's on IS350

Just checking in on my own experience. I have a '06 IS350 and my rears (255/40R18) are balding after about 14,000 miles (13 months). Fronts going strong. I had an alignment done at the time of install but none since then. Performance was good, but I got more mileage out of PS2's (about 22,000 miles).
