Default SIze rims with fenders

What size rims can you fit in the back with rolling your fenders..?

9 in the back is pretty much the widest you can do without doing fender job i guess

that isn't true. i have 9.5's with 275's and it looks like i can go wider before i roll/cut. these are on 19's

romini i have volk sf challenge, they are 40 offset. the tires are toyo prox t1-s 245/35 in the front 275/30 in the back. hope this helps.

are you running +40 offsets all around or just in the rear if not what width and offsets do you have up front?thanks

My friend's 99 GS400 is running 20x10 +43 with 275-30-20 Nitto NT555 and no need for wheelwell work.

oh damn... umm... sorry guys... this post is about IS300, not GS... that's where i moved the post from, sorry about that. on GS i know even 10 will fit in the back no problem. but for IS300...

On the IS, you can do a 9" with no mods, we have even done a 9.5' with no mods, but a very high offset is required. You can move the wheels out about 1/4" (6mm) with fender mods, but there doesn't look like there is room for a 10" wheel to me...

How about
19x8.5 +46 235/35-19
19x9.5 +55 265/30-19

A great look for the IS !!

hey bob, so i can do 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back no problem? if that's the case then i guess i would want 9.5 in the rear for sure! i don't want to rub and i always think 9 is way too narrow! and do you think 8 in the front is good enough or 8.5? you da man bob

oh and if i get 9.5 in the back with very high offset, does that mean i will have less lip, or it stays the same?

djsoarer this is all around. also you can go 10's with no problems too.
