Default Spare tire pressure

This topic may have been covered before (and I apologize for that) We all know most of us don't often use the spare tire in the trunk, let alone check its tire pressure. Anyway, yesterday I checked the pressure on my spare of my '01 ES, and it was at 20 PSI I guess over time this tire can easily lose pressure when not used. I pumped the pressure back up to 34 psi, my normal (cold) pressure.

So next time you're at a gas station or at home with an air compressor, check the pressure on your unused spare. Most likely it'll be lower than the normal spec. Just proper maintenance for peace of mind

Default Air Pressures

Tires loose 1 PSI every month and 1 PSI for every 10 degree decrease in ambient temperature.
