Does Performance Tire Pricing get better closer to winter?

Logically speaking, most tire sellers dont sell to many performance tires during the winter...they sell snow tires...right?

So would performance tires pricing drop a bit during winter time?

Just curious.

I doubt any salesperson would answer that. If the sales people knew about this, then they would know how many tires to buy months before they sell it.
