the wheelexchange program chrome
hi guys
i like to get some opinions on the wheelconcepts.com, they have the exchange wheel program to chrome on my 2000 silver gs 300 7 spoke wheel to the chrome one. so how you guys think the website, have any one try this program before, because when they refund the core charge, the originial wheels sent to them have to be perfect and i am afraid that they will say it not perfect or not round or scratch and will take out the core deposit, please give some advice any one who has use this company in the past. thnks a lot

I have no experience with Wheel Concepts, but I used East Coast Plating to do my wheel exchange on my 93 Mazda RX-7 a few years ago, and the transaction was very smooth. Wheels showed up on time, return shipping was very easy, and they credited my account the same day my stock wheels were received by them.

my stock RX-7 wheels weren't "perfect", as they had some curb rash, but nothing too bad. They never gave me any grief about the rash, I think some is expected. If the damage is too bad, they might not credit you the full core charge, but I would call them, and send photos if you have any concerns.
Good luck,
David
