Tire pressure-adjust according to tire or car specs?

Tire pressure-adjust according to tire or car specs?
I just put on a set of SC430 rims. Should the tire pressure be kept at the specs of the tire....or of my car, SC400? I think car specs is 32 psi, while tire is alot more.

I think the tires list the maximum pressure. you should go with 32-35psi

If the upsize was done correctly there should be about the same volume of air and therefore you would run exactly what the door jam says to run. The tire sidewall lists the maximum inflation pressure before the tire is in danger of rapid deflation
