Default to chrome or not to chrome? need advise

I have a 1998 gs400 with 19 inch racing hart c2's what do you think it would look like if i had the entire wheel chromed?
or only having the polished lip chromed?

chrome lips sound good to me.. i think that's better than chroming the whole rim..
that's just my 2 cents...

HOMEY THE CHROMEY WHEEL!!! LOL I think they will look classy in chrome, since they are multi spoke. Plus chrome DOES look beautiful on clean Cinnabun cars
