Why two different wheel types on 1995 LS 400? Was one an option? What option determined which wheel came on the car?

The wheels on the left, if painted silver, first appeared on the 1997 Coach Edition. They were made the stock wheel on the 1998 LS, this time in a machined aluminum face. As far as I know, the ones on the right were the only 1995 OEM wheel, in silver or chrome.

So if the wheels were on a 95 car, they would have come off of a 1996 or 1997, and not stock for the
1995 model. Thanks for the info. I sure more question coming.
