Which Los Angeles Costo will mount 17's on GS300
I went to Costo in Burbank to install two new tires (235/45ZR17) bought from the Tire Rack, but the guy Marcos said they would not do it since it is not the correct size for the GS300. I have the OEM 17's from a GS400 so I don't know what there problem is.
The funny thing is they have long list of tire sizes that they are willing to mount...just not the one I bought which was ridiculous...since that size is the standard for the 17. They claimed that they would mount a 215/50?R17 ...because this was an optional size from Lexus. I told them that the information they have is wrong...no such option for the GS300. Then they claimed that the information they got is from Lexus. I said no way that info is from Lexus. (Bunch of lying idiots).
Does anyone know of a friendly costco. I can't believe they were such jerks.

UPDATE!!!
Oh thanks for the reply howiedoit.
Alright, an update with the Costco fiasco. I spoke with Mario, the manager of the tire department, at the Burbank Costco. Mario was very cool and understood what I was trying to accomplish, he had no problems authorizing the install. Mario even acknowleged that the computer system is incorrect.
So all in all this thing was just so silly. But I am glad Mario is the manager.
