i'm not a guy to go and tell you to buy rims that cost a month's income, since functionality doesn't increase that much, but even i don't like ADR...their styles are generally ugly and they are on all the cheesy cars. one of the brands i put in the same category as Focal.

if i named the two worst brands, it'd definitely be focal and probably adr

Cheap and cheesy rims...NO BUY...They will bend...Their quality is amoung one of the worst!! People who are not informed purchase ADR rims simply because they are uninformed...Don't do it...Its a Lexus not a Honda...

i had a set of ard on my honda a couple of yrs back and hated them they lasted 2 months and bent them going over a railroad that i slowed down 4 but they still bent. so please just my opinion stay away if u can. 900.00 bucks isn't bad but u might rather save that money and get some better wheels later...did u check out tireracks moda wheels very nice they come in 18's and 19's as well... well hopefully we could hook up cus we're from florida and good luck in u'r wheel choice...

structurally inferior you mean? yeah, i'd most definitely would say that. but i also wouldn't recommend +$5000 rims to the vast majority of people looking for rims either. sure, its easy to say that 3-piece or forged wheels are the requirements for a lexus with the eyes of CL watching, but i find that hard many people to stomach. don't get me wrong, as i didn't buy wheels myself with a $500/per limit, but i don't expect every one else to do the same.

that being said, i cleary didn't tell him to go get those ADRs for his heart's delight, did i?
