Default Bigger Wheels for Looks Only......

I am currently riding in stock chrome 16's. I love the way the car rides and do NOT want to lower it or change the suspension at all.....BUT the wheels just look TOO small on a car this size.

What would you recommend I upgrade to for looks only 17's or 18's???

I have been leaning towards the 17' OEM Chrome wheels, I look the stock classy look and love the soft bump absorbing ride........HELP..............

Although several of the guys are talking about wheels > 18", the comments still apply. You WILL feel ride degredation even going from 16 to 17", but will have significant improvement in road feel and handling.

Default It all depends on the tire size.

In some cases even though you have a larger wheel size you may not be loosing that much in sidewall height. It all depends on the tire size...

For example the 235/45 17 has only a .3 inch difference in sidewall height vs. the 245/40 18.

In this case I think 18's would ride about the same and look better.

18s, though I'd at least put on L-tuned springs/shocks for a 100% improvement in ride and looks.

Yep - 18s & LTuned

I've even got several other suspension components and the GS is stilla great cruiser.

And ozeki, you can lower a car without degrading the ride. That variable is primarily based on srping rate. The LTuned is a great ride, and about 1.25" lower all the way around.
