Default springs?

I have 19" with 8.5 and 9.5 on the rear with offset 45 (with 245 allround), can I lower my car or am I gonna get rubbin problems? I would like to buy apexi springs (- 3.6 cm).
Please give me advice

Default I concur...

I don't see any problem with a mild drop like that.

Why would you put a 245 tire on a 9.5" rim?

Thanks for the advice, the reason why I put 245 was that I like the effect, it shows bigger, german tuning. ff course it isn't easy to avoid scratches from the sidewalk.
