Hey guys,

Last month I bought a set of 18" Work Termist TM1's from Peter at Wheel Experts. The fit and outcome was perfect and I was pleasently happy.

I got a call today from Peter informing me that the finish on the Termist's may be flawed and peel in 2-3 years and due to this, Work will be sending me a brand new set of wheels in 4-6 weeks while reimbursing me for any and all costs I incur in the process of changing the wheels.

This further proves to me I made the right decision going with Peter as he did a excellent job with the process and took the time to inform me of this recall. Work will definetly be number one on my list for wheels in the future. A true and honest company indeed.

It's always nice to hear stories of vendors/retailers who go out of their way to provide this level of service to their customers. I haven't really dealt with Peter (Wheel Experts), although I've talked to him on the phone a few times and to me he really seems like a stand-up guy. Good lookin' out Peter!!

Thanks for sharing Anthony. These types of statements can go a long way helping people that have not purchased any rims decide on who to use as their vendor.
