Default 08 IS350 Tires (PSS, A/S 3, Ventus V12's, etc)

Hey all, ate up my rear Yokohama Avid Envigors already within 15k miles, so I'm looking at just replacing all 4. Got the stock 18's. The tires that stand out to me are the PSS's, Pilot Sport A/S 3's, and the Hankook Ventus V12 evos. I've had Michelins in the past, and have loved them on each car I've put them on, but those were just regular all-seasons (Primacy MXV4 and the new Premiers). I've only had Hankooks once, believe they were ventus v4 es's which were some of the noisiest tires I've ever had.

I know a lot of people here love the PSS's, but the treadwear warranty bothers me a bit (considering I already ate up these Yokohamas, and they have similar treadwear to the A/S 3's, I can only imagine what my spirited driving will do to the PSS's). Besides the PSS, I don't know much about the A/S 3's and the Ventus v12's... I may consider tracking my car this summer, so I imagine either of these 3 would fit the bill, with the PSS's excelling at that, but that's not a thing I'm committed to yet. I live in the south, so snow/ice really isn't a consideration, though I do venture up north occasionally during the winters (Chicago/Memphis). Obviously I do a bit of spirited driving.

Any recommendations between the 3?

The pss's don't take heat well so if you do much auto crossing it will chunk fairly quickly. Personally for tracking I like the Bridgestone re-11's they hold up better have better grub and last longer during normal driving. The short coming is it doesn't have as good wet grip as the pss's.
