Exclamation Bubble in Tire?

Hello,

I previously posted this question on the LS460 forum, but I am also wondering about this group's thoughts.

A local Lexus dealer told me I have a "bubble" in my OEM Michelin MXV4 S8 tire, which is P245/45R19.

They are insisting I should replace it "immediately".

This tire is two years old, and has tons of tread left.

Please take a look at the pictures below, I am wondering if this legitimately qualifies as a "bubble"?

Please let me know your thoughts, thank you very much!

It means the belts are broken right there. It could blow at any time. It could last for thousands of miles. It's a safety thing replace it for your safety. If it blows it will be a loss of air way faster than a nail puncture. That sudden blowout will be very hard to control the car. I understand it hurts to replace an otherwise good tire, but your safety is worth it.
