URGENT - Will 18x8.5 wheels with 35+ offset fit the IS300??
I bought some new rims 18x8.5 with 35+ offset for the IS300, and I was told these would fit. It's only now that I was told it probably won't. So I want to know, will these fit the IS300?
If not, can I modify to do so? Shave/roll fendors?....anything?

18x8.5 all around? if so, you will rub very bad in the front. it's just way too wide. even with 18x8 you should stay +42 or higher i believe. rolling and shaving won't help i guess

not even close unless you pull the fender or get a fender kit ...
18x8.5 +40 with 225/40/18 tires brings the wheel exactly to the fender
18x8.5+37 used on the front of IS300 .. the wheels sticks out of the fender ...

Damn this sucks so much. I bought Manaray VR-5 Quest wheels...all 18x8.5 35+ offset and was told it would fir the IS. Stupid me never researched to find out if it wouldn't fit and just got them. I wish I knew as much as I did about performance parts as I did with wheels...
Anyway, at least I got an incredible deal on it. I'll make some badass profit from the wheels and get new ones that'll fit.
This time i'll get a staggard set up. What do you guys suggest? 18x7.5 in the front and 18x8.5 in the rear with a 45+ offset? That shouldn't be a problem right?
Oh, if anyone wants these wheels, PM me.
