My 4RX came with these tires but I couldn't find information about that exact tire on Bridgestone's Web site. I left a question on their contact page about it but they said they didn't know (really?) and told me to ask a retailer. I assume it's a 70,000-mile tire but does anyone know what the H/L stands for, and what "Plus" means?

The 'Plus' is the updated version of the previous Ecopia 422. The Plus version has a treadlife of 70,000 whereas the previous version had a treadlife of 65,000. The tread pattern on both tires is different as well. Below, I have included pictures of both so you can see the difference.

As for the H/L designation, I'm pretty sure that pertains to the tires speed rating. You can read more about speed rating below in the link.
