Sypher, I will third that. Please post some close up pics, with an angle so we can get a profile of the tire on the rim. Thanks

Default 275/45 Rear

Gents-

I agree with sypher. No rubbing issues or "stretched" look here on mine. I am running 19".

FYI-

D

PS-Is it an offset issue??

wha?! you have 275/45/19 in the back?! 275/30/19 is the correct spec, and 275/35/19 in the phat setup. you went 3 spec over spec?!?!

but yeah if you really use 275/45/19, the sidewall won't stretch at all coz' it's so tall. but if you use the spec size 275/30/19 it'd be stretched badly i believe. not sure about 275/35/19 though, but my guess is it would still stretch some.

holy cow..you are insane! get some 275 next time!! i'd be careful on hard turns

gs4dougie,

that 275/10" doesn't look anything like mine. yours bubble a bit, which is what i need. that's it...285 for me folks

offsets are kinda hard to understand, but its a number that determines how far or how deep your wheels are relative to the body of your car. you remember those stupid little 14" daytons that stuck out by a mile? its an extreme look if you had a very small offset. have a large offset and you'll have your wheel tucked under your body, so that you can lower your car to the ground and the body won't crush the rim. for GS purposes though, offsets go about 36-50, meaning we're talking differences in millimeters.
