Help getting this wheels

I would like to know if someone can help me to identify the wheels on this page:

I would like to know the model of the gold wheels on the mythos body and the wheels on the purple one.

Another question:
where here in the usa can i get those manaray vr5?
They look like VR5 EXE, i think those other VR5 are not the one (look more like bbs to me).
