is this a good offset?

is this a good offset 20 x 8.5 in front and 20 x 9.5 in back
Or 20 x 9 in front and 20 x 10 in the back?

NO. Both of them are not good because they are called sizes not offsets

both are good SIZES and would work ok with the right offset( +38 to +45)
