Hmmm...not my favorite Weds wheel....but damn, that front lip is sick... Hehehehe..of course, no normal Lexus could ever support that deep of a lip up front...or out back for that matter...

Is that an older Celsior with a front end swap? The front end looks like an 01-present, but the old-style flush mount door handles and lower roofline almost make me want to say it's a 90-94. The 01-present, of course, have the side-pull door handles.
Are those wheels (pic of wheel itself, not the ones on the Celsior) silver painted or diamond cut? Hard to tell by the pic.
