Default Lug Nuts and Air Driven Torque Wrenches

Do you trust those air powered torque wrenches when rotating your expensive aluminum rims??
I believe their suppose to be torque @ 80, put the tire company I go to always says those
air wrenches are torque correctly................

I watched the people at American Tire in Roseville, CA and they used manual torque wrenches on all lug nuts going on. The handles on the wrenches looked about three feet long. Not cheap!
