Volk GTP center hub size

Does any one know what is the center bore size (opening) dimension on the Volk GTP Racing Wheels?
What size hub centric rings to use with it on 92 SC400?
I need a set. Where can I get them? How much?

i have an extra set from japan, forged alloy...all the lexus use same sizes...check your pm
