Default 225/60-16 tires, will they fit?

Winter tires according to Tire Rack are 215/60/16. I would like to know if 225/60/16 will fit? If so, will they fit this rim?

According to this website, a 225/60/16 tire will only be 0.3 inches (7.7mm) bigger than the stock 235/45/18 tire.

http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tir...0r16-235-45r18

The reason why I want a 225/60/16 tire over the recommended 215/60/16 tire is because the 225 tire is 0.47 inches bigger than the 215 so it will give a cushier ride.

One more thing, the 215s are 97H, the 225s are 98H and my stock tires are 94H. Does the load rating have any affect on the ride quality of the tire?

The links posted are broken. As for the size, generally you shouldn't have a problem using them with that difference on a 7" wide rim.

Narrow will be better for winter traction.

Load differences that minimal will likely not have any impact on your ride quality.

What vehicle are you trying to fit these tires to?

Outside of the 215/60/16 size, I would recommend a 225/55/16 for a 2013 Buick Verano.
