Default Will this work?

This guy I know is selling some wheels (see attached pic) that he bought for his '98 Mustang Cobra for $500.00 for a set of four. They are 18x9(f) and 18x10(r), I dont know what the offset is and I'm not sure if he would know if asked. Is there a way to tell if they will fit, or a way to measure the offset?

Also, is there a company that sells center caps or makes custom ones? I'm not interested in having a cobra centercap, but dont want to run without one either.

Please, before you hit the flame button, these would be temporary wheels till I'm able to save up for better ones, just gotta get rid of the stock 16s, and the price is right.

My advice is to just put that 500 toward the better rims and leave the mustang rims be.

They'll fit fine-if you have a Mustang.

Typically, Mustangs use +20 to +30mm offset wheels (if fitted with the correct wheels, i.e. not a 18x7.5 +45 that belongs on a Honda Accord V6).

I'm pretty certain these wheels are around +25 offset front & rear, about 1/2" too outboard for any stock Lexus. What do you intend to put them on?

This would be for my '99 GS400. I'm also considering a set of OEM 17s, but if I was able to find some 18s that worked and looked ok for $500, that would be that much more towards a set of Auto Couture/work/HRE/etc...

But I must replace the stock 16s, sooner than later. If these do indeed stick out, then I'll have to pass on them also. How can I determine what the offset is?

Thanks!

All measurements should be on the inside of the wheel.
