Replacement Tires for LS 430
I purchased a base model 2002 LS 430 last June. The LS came with Yokohama Y390R P225/60R16 97H tires rated: Treadwear 160, Traction A Temperature A. These tires are not readily available, but Yokohama says they can be ordered. I am concerned that the tires will have to be replaced soon.
What type(brand) 16 inch OE tires do other members have on their LS430?
1. If replaced, what tires have they been replaced with?
2. Has anyone changed from 16 to 17 inch wheels or would it be better to go to 18inch?
3. Has anyone tried the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Z rated tires?

try www.tirerack.com and you will get tons of feedback..for some weird reasons, lexus/toyota japan seemed to skimp on the stock tyres...
depends on your budget, i would suggest go for 18s at least:
dunlop sp5000/9000
yokos avses100
stone re730, pole s-03
pilot sport..
falken grb451(i just got a set of 17s, great value)
toyos t-1s(pricey though)
