1991 LS400 - help me with tire size for my wheels
Hello all,
I've got a 1991 LS400, not lowered at all, running stock 15x6.5 wheels with 205/65/15 rubber.
I've got a couple of options on used wheels and tires, and I'm not sure which way to go, so I'm looking for some input.
I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a set of OEM IS350 wheels, but I'm not sure on the offsets right now.
F: 18x8 with 225/45/18
R: 18x8.5 with 255/40/18
Also, there's a sweet set of aftermarket wheels with specs: Front 18x8 (+35) and Rear 18x9 (+38) with no rubber, so I've got more options for getting the perfect size.
Basically, I'm not looking to do any fender rolling or pulling, and I'm not into rubbing either. So I just want to get good sizing info on my options here from those with experience. Not really into stretch fits and the like either. I actually prefer a more meaty look for rubber.
Thanks in advance!
