Can someone explain the difference between rims. I am going to be in the market for some Wheels for my 2000 GS. I like the new Lowenhart LD5 rims a lot but my boy said that I should not waste my money and get the Diablo look-a-like becuase they look the same. I checked it out and they do look alike but they are about $3,000 difference in price. Why is that? Is it like the difference between a Rolex and Seiko? They both tell time but one is just a little better? Or is there a true reason like lighter, rolls better, made better? I would really appreciate the help.

I would try a search and you will find the answer, this topic comes up often! I would do LD5's

yes, the $$$ diff is large..then again, the QUALITY diff is HUGH...

at least with seiko, they last a long time
