Default Best way to ship wheels & tires???

I need help figuring out the best way to securely, safely, and most cost effective way to ship a set of used tires and wheels that are still mounted together. I am sure that many of you have experience in this, so any help is appreciated. The seller does not have the original boxes so how do we get them from one place to another? Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Double up on cardboard and shrink wrap it, then more tape.

Yup, that's the best way to do it. Card board on each side to protect the lip, plastic wrap it, tape to secure.
