Default 1999 gs300 fitment

HEy guys just wondering I'm looking at some 20x11 with +15 offset for rear and 20x9 with either a +15 or +35. What would I need to get it flush or fit nicely with minimum camber. Thank you.
And if there is any way for me to measure it myself or a formula for me to get a perfect offset. Thanks guys.

will definitely refer you to the GS section for this, but first instinct is no flippin way the rears will work... not without fender pull, crazy stretched tire, etc...
