wheel exchange places- feedback?
I am looking to get a set of supra tt chrome wheels. I found a place called Capital Wheels (www.capitalwheels.com) and they charge $550 plus shipping for a staggered set of 17's in chrome. I would also have to pay $70 for shipping to my place and then send them a set of non chromed supra wheels which I am buying.
Has anyone ever heard of this place or know anything about them? Feeback/opinions on legitimacy, quality of work and price?
