Default Will this Wheel/Tire size work? CT200h

Hi All.

About to pull the trigger on a set of TSW Jerez wheels and just wanted to confirm if 18x8 +35 225/40/18 work on a car lowered on f-sport lowering springs? Just want to ensure there is no rubbing and not stick out too much.

18x8 +35 225/40/18 (Front and Back)
or
18x8 +45 225/40/18 (Front), 18x8 +35 225/40/18 (Back)

Not sure if anyone here is running the same wheel/tire size setup.

I'm really new to this whole wheel buying thing (had an SUV before and never really thought about changing wheels) and any help would be much appreciated!!
