I have a 2011 Infiniti M37. I'm posting here becuse there is no "Infiniti forum" equivalent to clubLexus. The M37 is about the size of the Lexus LS460 model.

I want a very comfortable riding tire (1st priorty) and I want it last a while (2nd priority) and I want a quite ride (3rd priority). I don't drive hard, will never see 100mph in the car, and I live in FL so I don't need to worry about snow or ice.

The stock tire is 245/50R-18. I believe stock (OEM) is either Michelin Primacy MXM4 or Bridgestone Turanza Serenty Plus.

What do you recommend - one of the above listed or something else?

I've got the Serenity Plus on my LS460. They are very quiet and ride well. I don't know yet about long term wear.

Yardie... the M37 forum isn't very useful. Most tire talk is about "how big of a wheel can I go with" or pictures of "my new wheels/rims". I'm looking for advice on stock size tires.

If there is a "tire expert" (moderator?) on this forum, I would appreciate hearing your opinion too.

I still have a few months of wear left on the original (?) Michelin Primacy tires. My mileage is almost 40K now. I'm not the original owner - but I think the tires on the car are the originals.

Although it was not the exact same size tire, the brands/models where the same. The Michelin comes out on top for comfort (by a small margin), the Bridgestone is highest for wear and wet road handling (again by a small margin). Basically, either tire would be acceptable/perfect for me - and Bridgestone is about $40 per tire cheaper (around $209ea compared to Michelins at $250ea).

If it helps, I deal with tires on a daily basis and completely agree with those reviews. The Plus has a slight edge in wet performance, they are pretty similar aside from that... I have driven them back to back as well....
