Default Tires Rotations X rotate?

Is there any tire out there at can be used with the stock 17" that can be cross-rotated? I have the inner front tire wear problem too and the dealer made it worse after the alignment...go figure.

What I did as a temporary fix was to remount and swap tires side to side, then front to back. So the inner are the outer and vise versa. It would be much easier to "evenly" wear the tires if they can be cross-rotated. I don't mind giving up some performance since I have a performance car in the garage for those days when I need to let out a bit more steam.

Thanks.

yeah if the tires are not directional. but all performance tires are directional so you will have to unmount them

Directional tires are that way primarily for wet traction; reversing the pattern would, I think, be hazardous in rainy weather, since water would tend to be pushed back in front of the tire.

I guess I need to clarify my question.
I wanted to know if there are any brands of tires they sell that will fit a stock gs400 that are not directional?

Like what is available on the factory 16" tires.
Thanks.

Gs400TRD,

Forgive me for being obvious. But X - Rotating your tires will still leave the inside on the INSIDE.

DOH!!!
I feel like homer.

Ok I need wheels that can be tightened from both side and some wild wheel spacer

So the only way is to basically dismount remount
Or find someone that can fix the da#@$@$ Alignment problem!!!

Yes, the BFG g-Force KDWS (Z-rated). That's one of the reasons why we bought them. They are non-directional and can be rotated front to back, x-direction, or whichever direction you want.

We have the stock 235/45/17 tires.
