On a 9.5" rim-I highly doubt that will work. And yes, all four need to be exactly the same height, staggered tires will work but they cannot all be 35-series if they're different widths. I'd go with a 265 or 275/35, but so you're aware-that's a pretty wide tire for such a small car, you may notice it following ruts in the road, or having heavier steering than you're used to. Personally I think those rims are way too wide.
My friend is doing it & it works . Look it up ,tire size is 225-40-18 people are running with for 18 by 9.5 and works !
