Default Redrilling/Resleeving wheels?

Are wheel repair shops able to redrill/re-sleeve a 5x112 bolt pattern wheel to fit a 5x114 bolt pattern vehicle? Most of the websites that I've seen to 5x120 50 5x114 or vice versa. I know there's wobble bolts, but anything with the word wobble in the title when it refers to securing the wheels to my car worries me. If so, how much does it typically cost?

Also, on a side note. I know typically for work wheels, R dish wheels clear BBK's. What about an A disk.....will they clear?

yes, some shops are able to fill (weld in the hole) & drill wheels for you.
if you cant find a local one, perhaps wheelswap or vrwheels could help you out
