I'd assume that they would. I am expecting that I will have to recalibrate my speedo when I install my 18x9 and 18x10 Blitz rims (most likely will be this summer, but they r up in my room)

It depends on the diameter of the TIRES you get. You can get low profile 18" tires in the same diameter as the stock 16" tires. Check the dimensions at some place like TireRack.
