255/40/18 or 265/35/18 on 18x9 for '95 LS400
All,
I got the rims already with 40mm offset. Just need to find the tires. So, two questions. First, 255/40/18 or 265/35/18 (total diameter only differs by 1/2" or so) ? Lastly, anyone done something like this to a '95 LS400 (or 2G LS400 for that matter) ? Same width tires with different rim diameter/width but the same offset will yield almost if not exactly the same result. So, if you have something like 255/45/17 or you have 275s all around, please speak your mind
