Default Will I need Hub-Centric Rings for these wheels

Hi, I own a 1999 Lexus SC400. I recently just purchased a set of Factory wheels off a 2011 Lexus is350c to put on it.

They both are 5.114.3 and both have offsets right around 45-50mm... but i don't know the hub bore sizes. The wheels haven't shown up yet, i'm just trying to figure out if I will need Hubcentric wheel rings.

Thanks for your help Guys

I don't think so. Should fit flush without them. I would suggest some 10-15mm spacers on them. JMO.
